Cancellation
Either party may cancel any ongoing service agreement by giving 30 days written notice by email. If a fixed-period plan is cancelled before its end date, a 50% early exit fee applies on the remaining balance.
Results
We back our SEO and Google Maps work with a 90-day results guarantee as described on the services pages. No marketing agency can guarantee specific search rankings, as Google's algorithms are outside anyone's control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
Intellectual property
All creative work, code, and copy produced by us remains our intellectual property until all invoices are settled. On full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
