One guarantee, stated one way. If we do not move your Google Maps ranking in 90 days, you do not pay. Here are the exact terms, in plain English.
What we guarantee
If your Google Business Profile has not measurably improved its average Map Pack position for your primary keyword after 90 days of our work, we refund every penny you have paid us.
Measured by geo-grid heatmap, taken before we start and again at day 90. Same grid, same keyword, same radius. No moving the goalposts.
Proof, not opinion
Before we touch anything, we run a geo-grid heatmap on your primary keyword. It shows exactly where you rank across a grid of points around your service area, from the centre out to the edges.
At day 90, we run the identical grid again. Same points, same keyword, same radius. You see the two maps side by side. If the average position has not measurably improved, the guarantee triggers.
Because it is the same measurement both times, there is nothing to argue about. The map either moved or it did not.

What "measurable" actually means
A guarantee with a vague trigger is worth nothing to either of us. This is the exact definition, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Before we take a penny, we write down four things and both sign them off: the primary keyword we are measuring, the geo-grid we are measuring it on, the baseline date, and the threshold that counts as improvement.
The threshold is the average pin rank across the whole grid. If that average improves by at least one full position between the baseline scan and the day-90 scan, the campaign has met the guarantee. If it has not, you get a 100% refund of everything you have paid us for SEO.
We do not measure a single lucky pin, and we do not swap keywords halfway through. Same keyword, same grid, same radius, both times.

This guarantee covers our SEO service only. Website builds and AI automation are separate one-off projects and are not covered by it.
